This is probably a repurposed Christmas tree light from before the War. Prices for candles can be found in the equipment list.

An impressive piece. Some of them are even made of gold. Illuminates even the largest room, thanks to up to 25 light bulbs. Light bulbs cost around 3 $ a piece (not included in the
price of the chandelier).
